Support for Camp Sovereignty

A message from our co-director Mitchell Lasker who organised a quick trip and 24-hour fundraiser for Camp Sovereignty, after it was attacked by neo-Nazis in late August 2025:

Quick trip to Melbourne to show love and support, to stand united to stand tall.
1803 k’s traveled in 72 hours, Aunty Shahnaz Martin I couldn’t thank you enough for your company. The stories we shared, the laughing - oh so many laughs - my tummy is still sore.

To everyone that donated towards this trip
🖤💛❤️ You were travelling with us in spirit and we could feel it, your support allowed us to purchase a gift of love and take down to the elders and by way oysters, and other gifts to support our brothers and sisters holding community strong in Naarm.

We listened to stories from the amazing Warrior women and men that faced that terrible attack only one week ago.

Yesterday we came together in the spirit of Togetherness, the spirit of Love and the spirit of Community. We danced together, we sang songs together, We started our healing as a whole community. Those poor Warrior women and men that faced that terrible attack still hold deep pain and trauma, support should not stop here.
